Top 5 Party Games!
Boom Blox: Bash Party
Based on its relatively low sales, we're guessing you didn’t buy the first Boom Blox game. That's a shame, because it was great. So is this sequel, which adds all sorts of party-game flair to the "hurl things to knock down block towers" gameplay. Simple, effective, and sure to please partygoers
The Beatles: Rock Band
We know -- you're sick of music games. So were we, but then we started playing this fabulous Fab Four game and blammo, the party was jumpstarted. The group's transcendent music makes its debut video game an absolute must-have for family affairs. Where else will mom, son, grandma and kid sister all play a game together?
Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party
A group of mischievous bunnies starred in this TV-theme party game, and we didn't want to change the channel. Loads of fun, funny mini-games -- one even lets you control the Wii Balance Board with your butt -- make it a hoot.
Warioware: Smooth Moves
He might be a pretty unpleasant guy, but Wario knows good games. Few can hold a candle to this frantic Wii party game, which lets up to a dozen friends dodge, pick, drive and jump through its 200 lightning-fast "micro" games. Smooth indeed.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
An oldie-but-goodie (scratch that: greatie), this Nintendo mascot fighting game is a staple at any video game party. Its simple, user-friendly controls are instantly inviting, but it also packs enough depth to please nimble-thumbed gaming vets. Plus, you get to punch Pikachu. We're all for that.
Yeah! Those games are great (;
